Dr. Pullagurla is a post doctoral researcher in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Kansas. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry from Osmania University, India in 2008 and moved to United States in the same year. She received her PhD in Analytical Chemistry in 2014 from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge in 2014. Her research mainly focuses on design and fabrication and applications of microfluidics and nanofluidics in disease diagnostics. She has mentored students during her research career and believes in implementing mentoring and training strategies that promote and seek to increase women’s participation in STEM.
